Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TickHab ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Ali Furkan Çiftçi, handles your information when you use tickhab.com. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. Local-first by design
If you use the free tier without signing in, your tasks, habits, and notes are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. We do not have access to that data.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: if you sign in for cloud sync or a paid plan, we collect your email address and an account identifier.
- Your content (with sync): the tasks, habits, notes, and lists you choose to sync are stored so they are available across your devices.
- Subscription data: your plan status and entitlements, managed via RevenueCat and Paddle.
- Limited technical data: basic information needed to operate and secure the Service (e.g., error and connection logs).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Payment information
Payments are handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card details.
4. Service providers we use
- Supabase — authentication and storage of synced data.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for tickhab.com.
- RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
- Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record.
These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their part of the service, and may store data on servers outside your country. We share only what is needed for each provider's function.
5. How we use information
We use your information to operate the Service, sync your data across devices, manage subscriptions and billing, provide support, keep the Service secure, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Local storage and cookies
TickHab stores app data in your browser/device storage so the app works and remembers your data. We use only the cookies/storage necessary to run the Service and your session.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep synced data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated synced data at any time by contacting us; local data on your device can be cleared by you at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under Türkiye's KVKK and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
9. Children
TickHab is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you of significant changes.
